We rent year round and require a 3 night minimum except for summer months. June, July, August are 5 night minimums and rental can be the Main Home or Both Homes. From September to May you many rent the guest house solely.
We are a dog friendly luxury rental and know your pet will enjoy the property. We do charge a small fee (we take cleaning seriously and do have extra cleaning after all dogs). We also ask that you agree to keep dogs off the furniture and beds and do not leave uncrated if you leave for the day. We provide bags for you to pick up your dog’s waste.
